Previously, Gellman spent more than two decades writing for the Washington Post. Former Nielsen Business Media managing editor Kenneth Hein has been named director of communications at J. Walter Thompson. At Nielsen, Hein managed the company’s media/entertainment brands, which were sold to e5 Global Media in December.United Business Media Think Tank Services CEO Philip Chapnick was appointed to the newly-created position of group chief representative for UBM in China.
